This weekend we are dog sitting for my neighbor - I caught Allie trying out Sassie's water. She had her face right in the bowl - just like a dog. Funny thing is, I don't think she has ever actually seen a dog drinking before. She is such a stinker!!! See the water dripping from her mouth!

This is Allie and Joey... Allie and I watched Joey today for my good friend Gail. It was fun, but I'm not sure how Allie felt about not getting all of my attention! I guess it was good practice for someday when she has a little brother or sister of her own! ;) I think Joey wasn't quite sure what to think of this little crazy girl. Looks like he's thinking... Why is she holding my ear??? ;)

Rough seas after Tropical Storm Ernesto... We survived the storm last night, even with the winds up to 65 miles per hour. It was crazy, but I guess it could have been a lot worse. :-( We're glad it's over and now we're all hoping for nice weather for the rest of the weekend. That way we can all really enjoy the beach! :)

Allie has now figured out how to use the computer, or so she thinks. :) She also loves to walk our neighbors dog, Chingy. She thinks she is such a big girl. :) This summer we spent many afternoons at the pool or the beach. Here is Allie and her best bud, Garrett - takin' it easy at the O Club pool.
We now have less then two months to go before Chris gets back! I'm so excited and can't wait to see how Allie is going to act around him. She is use to her little routine and all of mommy's attention - I hope she loves the change as much as I will. :)
Allie just loves to help me clean.... a girl after my own heart. :) When she isn't doing house work you might find her reading one of her favorite books. :) It's just to cute seeing her act like she is reading.

August is now here and boy is it HOT!! You can't even go outside without getting all sweaty! ;( Yesterday was our 4th Anniversary - Not much fun spending it all alone. Allie and I had a wonderful hot dog dinner and then went for a hot walk with the neighbor. Even at night it's in the 80's. :( Not much more new to report, just counting down the day until Chris gets home. :)
